I've also worked with clients who were struggling with emotional pressures and anxiety, to cope; also with clients suffering from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders to learn to manage their condition much more effectively.

My name is Vanessa. I have had a very difficult childhood which resulted in a phobia that controlled my whole life. I hadn't realised how bad it was until getting help for this from Stephen. I was metaphobic, which meant that I had an irrational fear of vomit either seeing or hearing people being ill or being ill myself. This ruled my life as I couldn't watch films without being on edge the whole time because of the related content. I couldn't look after my children when they were ill. Fortunately I have an understanding husband who looked after them. But it also meant that if I had the slightest stomach pain I would go into panic mode and sometimes not eat for 3 weeks at a time. My sleep patterns were also disturbed as I was never relaxed and always tense and on edge. I am a Christian and had prayed about this problem quite a lot, but also believe that God heals through other people such as doctors or in this people who coach such as Stephen.
I saw him 3 or 4 times my situation was completely healed with the mental exercises that Stephen taught me to do. Stephen also gave me breathing exercises which gave me a full and restfull nights sleep.
I have kept these breathing exercises up and the other things that Stephen taught me and as a result have managed to watch any film without being tense even if I see something I don't like. Also, I have been able to look after our youngest child when she was ill when my husband was out. This has improved my life and given me a much more peacefull and restfull life and better quality of life too.
I would recommend Stephen to anyone, as his work has really improved life not just for me but for my family too.
